Since 1982 our family owned company has met the catering needs of the entire South Plains and further. From weddings and quinceañera to business meetings and family reunions, we can do any meal, any size, at any time. We have traveled as far as Kansas and served over 2000 people, so you can see that we are willing to do anything to make your event the best it can be. Danny’s Fins & Hens operates 3 mobile kitchens as well as 2 additional catering vans, so our food is always fresh. We offer a variety of menus and can make substitutions at your request.

Can’t find a place for your event? Check out our banquet rooms at the Koko Palace. We offer the oldest and second largest hall (next to the civic center) in Lubbock. We are proud of maintaining the interiors of our building as it was originally designed. We offer a variety of equipment such as video screens, staging, public address systems, TV’s, VCR’s and more to accommodate your needs at the Koko Palace.
